We Had A Quiet Day,

Mark called round for a coffee and a chat,

for our evening meal off the diet for me,

as we both tucked into some of the left over duck from yesterdays roast, Diana had made some pancakes which we spread with hoisin sauce and with the sliced cucumber and spring onions tasted so nice,

also from yesterday some of Diana's home made rhubarb, apple and raisin crumble with custard, delicious,

then for this evenings viewing a look at David Attenborough's Natural Curiosities, the master wordsmith does it again, compelling viewing made so enjoyable by Sir David's commentary, if you like natural history this is another dvd set for your collection, we watched all of the first dvd and we are both looking forward to the other two in the box,

we rounded the evening off with the penultimate episode of The Doctor Blake Mysteries, hopefully there will be a new series, so we will have to wait and see, but then for us we were off to bed.

Hi Stan @ Diana,

Have you caught up with 'Breaking Bad' on DVD yet? If you haven't seen, you must! Best TV series ever in my opinion.

Dear Mocha Joe, nice to hear from you, no we have not yet looked at any of the Breaking Bad series, but the next time that one of our friends is over from the UK I will ask them to bring the first series over to give it a try, best regards, Stan and Diana.
