there I was slowly looking at these photographs,
of thinly sliced citrus fruits thinking what a neat way to show off their internal structure,
and then I read the captions,
they are all the work of Artist Dennis Wojtkiewicz,
who actually paints these pictures,
of enormous portions of sliced fruit, often scaling four feet across or more, each oil on canvas painting focuses exclusively on the edible subject, with dramatic back lit lighting seeming to light up the citrus, apples, and kiwis,
the artist is represented by Robert Kidd Gallery, You can see more of his paintings on his website, I have to say it, I was totally fooled by these stunning paintings.
