We Have A bit Of A Busy Day Today,

so straight on with the blog, Oh No! trains again!, today I decided to fill up all of the small gaps in ground cover that I had missed, the problem is the gaps can only be seen from the other side of the table, so a mirror is needed,
the ground cover is starting to look a lot better now,
now on to the other side, missed another bit, so glue first,
then use the shaker/puffer to apply the 'grass',
I then went back to the second experimental tunnel entrance to carry on trying to make that look better,
this is how the grass and turf arrives,
and slightly larger pieces,
it was a bit fiddly getting the pieces out so I decanted some of them in to small dishes with the glue,
so just a matter of applying the glue and adding the foliage, I tried using a pair of tweezers to hold the foliage and dip it into the glue, I am searching for a word between disaster and catastrophe to describe the result, so this is why I glued the embankment first, even though I still got more undergrowth on my fingers than on the layout!
the finished result, the glue will eventually dry clear,
more glue added to some on the area above the second tunnel and in between the rail tracks,
some foliage added above the second tunnel,
for me the entrances are starting to look a little better,
nearly as I want it to look,
an ariel view,
the other side of the table is also looking a lot better, then time to down tools and clean up,
as we were going to have a romantic evening for two, we decided to have a meal out, so a quick call for the Secrets limousine service and off we went,
to Alibaba, in Pattaya Central,
we both love Indian food, the decor in here is for us very nice,
Diana decided to have just a sip of the wine,
"Cheers!" from Diana,
starters arrived, a few poppadoms and some dips,
followed by a prawn puri each, very filling we should have had one between us,
then the main course arrived,
chicken tikka tawa massala, butter chicken, pilow rice with peas, onion bajhi and garlic nan bread,
followed by one ice cream and two spoons, Diana had a cup of tea, all in 2,400 baht, but 1,000 of that was for the bottle of wine, a great meal if you like Indian food in nice surroundings then give Alibaba a try,
then home, feet up to watch a couple of episodes of Midsomer Murders, I was a bit thirsty so a Leo/Sprite mix, "Cheers!",
we watched two episode, Blue Herrings which was first shown in 2000 and also in the same year Judgement Day, after solving both of those (not), it was off to bed.
