First Thing,

I was off to the bank,

the one on Beach Road, opposite here,

the Samsung sign was still not working for some reason, though perhaps it is switched off during the day time,

it was time for us to pay our yearly BUPA subscription, so off to see Jack Levy at his office on Pattaya Tai,

then home to pick Diana up then to the Friendship car park,

 to the Soi Bukaow market,

I know I always say it,

but it gives me the shivers when ever I see boiling oil like this, just the thought of it spilling on some one,

lots of fresh foods on sale,

as well as 'T' shirts,

but no one buying any fish today,

I had a look at the plant section,

so many to chose from, if only we had a bigger garden,

but I did buy a couple of succulents from this stall,

then back to the café to wait for Diana walking past a couple of mobile stalls, this one for ice cream,

and this one for duck with rice,

Diana had bought lots of fresh fruit for us to nibble on over the next few evenings,

all to soon the afternoon had vanished and it was time for the weekend night market in Thepresitt Road, sunset looking towards Jomtien,

and inland,

opposite the bar this evening Yamaha were setting up a stall,

we were a bit early so there were not many people around,

just a few in the pet aisle,

the sun almost setting,

but by now a few more people had arrived,

next past the Yamaha stall,

to the bar when I noticed this van pulling into the market, note the horns on the roof,
the rest of the bikes then arrived,

easy does it,

we then had a pleasant surprise as we were introduced to these charming ladies,

Brian and Mr. Tony were at the bar with us,
but it was Brian who was the star, the girls we think were doing a school project,

and luckily he can speak Thai, something which I can not, but we all wished the girls well with their project,

nearly a full moon,

may be it is full,

on the way back to the bike I just had to take a picture of this truck,

a Dodge,

I like the number plate,

we arrived home to find another house guest waiting for us,

the frog,

being careful not to tread on him we went inside,

Diana cooked us our evening meal, for starters New Zealand green mussels with garlic, followed by bangers and mash with onion gravy,

with chocolates for dessert, but Mr. Tony declined the chocolates,

it now time for our evening film, an old one from the mid 1950s, The Caine Mutiny, a Ship's Captain is removed from his command by his Executive Officer in an apparent outright act of mutiny, or was he saving the ship and its crew? we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then for us we were off to bed.
