who built this site in 757 AD?


and what was it for? a fortress, summer palace, monastery, or even an astronomical observatory, today despite various studies still no one seems to definitively know, Por-Bazhyn as it is known is located in Lake Tere-Khol, about 2,300 m above sea level in the Sengelen mountains of southern Siberia, about 8 kilometres (5.0 mi) west of the village of Kungurtuk in the southwest of the Republic of Tuva (Russian Federation), close to the Russian border with Mongolia, so your task today is to solve the mystery of Por-Bazhyn, happy googling!
