 well here is a new one for us,

 snow sculptures,

 although it is a little late for this year,

 two places that have snow sculpture competitions are the Sapporo Snow Festival, in Japan,

and the Harbin Ice Festival in Heilongjiang Province, Sun Island, China, so towards the end of this year keep a look out for these 2 major winter attractions and wrap up warm!
