in a previous post Mrs Harper was featured, because bin men have waged a 1 year war of intimidation against her, after she asked them not to leave a bin outside her front door, but now after sending Coventry City Council photographs most weeks and the disgraceful antics of the bin men gained National coverage, council inspectors arrived to monitor the bin collection, two young binmen in their early 20s and an elderly driver arrived looking decidedly unhappy, two officials followed the wagon for its two-hour round and barked instructions to the binmen, carrying clipboards, the supervisors made constant notes and rode in the cabin with the truck driver, such a pity Coventry City Council let it get this bad.
