Yakima's Mayor Dave Elder proposed a new law banning ladies from wearing thongs under their dresses or jeans, in a case of puritanism gone mad the bill was passed five to two, to make it a crime for women to be caught in public exposing a thong or G-string undies, now I will be the first to admit I have seen a few ladies in the UK that should be banned from wearing thongs, (I have not been to America so I can not comment about ladies there) but not all of them!
but wait for this, what is the fine? $20 or lets make it a stiff one, how about $50? both wrong, it is a whopping $750 and thrown in jail under new laws passed by the US city and the charge? "cleavage of the buttocks" what a bum rap!
as an aside in the UK some males have a condition called "builders bum" where construction workers "cheeks" can be seen as they lift objects and their jeans slip down, is Dave Elder going to pass a law to ensure that we do not see that "unpleasantness?"
