Straight On To Today's Post,

as today we are out fishing,

first thing and I was off to the hospital for a check up, the good news no changes so everything is OK, it takes a hour for the results of the blood test to be processed, so as usual I had breakfast whilst waiting at the Yian restaurant just around the corner from the hospital,

naturally I had to have a play with the camera in panorama mode, looking across Second Road to the Yian restaurant,

and with the restaurant behind me,

inside the restaurant looking towards the kitchen,

 and seating area,

one slight snag about the panorama mode is that if you start from the inside of the building going from left to right the outside is over exposed,

and vice versa, starting form outside, going from right to left as the camera views the inside of the building, the interior is under exposed, must remember that in future,

breakfast is served the 120 baht English breakfast,

after calling in for the results at the hospital, next stop Friendship,

there was even a little bit of blue skies which made a nice change as it had been raining all night with thunder in the distance,

this is the view standing outside Friendship, opposite the dentist, Dr. Chanis that we go to which is next to All Seasons Travel that we also use, but a little further to the right the shop I was going to,

the Kodak shop to have a few pictures printed,

making my way back to the bike I took a quick picture of friendship,

and I just had to take another picture in panorama mode of it, I will soon tire of this feature but for now I still think it is so neat,

back home, then time as usual flew past and it was glad rags on for our evening out,

 tonight the Ali Baba,

it is on Central Road, if you are travelling towards the beach it is about 200 yards from Beach Road on the left hand side,

 the restaurant itself is upstairs,

we started with a few poppadoms with a selection of sauces and small onions,

followed by the first of our starters, chicken chat,

and my personal favourite, a prawn puri,

after a nice long break we ordered our main courses,

 chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo,

onion bhaji, peas pulao rice and aloo gobi,

then it was eyes down and tuck in,

we were off course looked after very well by the in costume ever attentive staff, another wonderful meal full of flavors of India,

next stop home and feet up where we watched a few episodes of Cheers, after saying our goodbyes to Mr. Tony we watched a couple more then we were off to bed.
