like a telescope?
well it soon may be possible, they
have invented contact lenses that have teeny-tiny telescopes in them, with the
wink of an eye, one can easily zoom in and out as they please, each
lens that goes over the eyes is 1.55 millimetre thick in size and in it
contains small mirrors that move light around, the Swiss research team has also
developed “smart glasses” that complement the contact lenses, all
the wearer has to do is wink with the right eye to turn on the small
telescopes, and blink with the left eye to return to normal vision,
it sounds like something out of a Terminator or James Bond movie, but this is real, no news on pricing or availability yet, but watch this space!
