At First Glance,

I thought these were photographs,

 but I was wrong, they are the work of artist Masato Watanabe who lives in Ashiya, a small city in Hyogo, Japan,

for over 25 years he studied and practised the art of perspective drawing and illustration,

but 6 years ago he started to work in the medium of watercolours, bringing street life near his home to paper in colour, what a talent he has making these watercolours look so real.
