I Spent Some Of The Day Playing Mushrooms,

unfortunately some of the early pictures,

were on the SD card that went mustang,

but it was just a matter of drilling holes,

and placing them where I thought they looked good,

 this is my latest project,

a home for some of the air plants,

that we bought in Bangkok, a touch of water to clean off the dust and they are good to go,

the cactus that had the bud yesterday,

 had opened up,

meanwhile the small cactus or buds that I had taken from the bigger ones,

 were growing well,

 then a small surprise,

as we went past Diana's stinky cactus we noticed one had a small flower bud,

and there it is, we have no idea what the flower will look like so the next few days will be interesting, in the afternoon we popped down to immigration to pick up Diana's new passport with her visa transferred into it, next step apply for a multiple re-entry visa, we both thought we would have to leave the passports over night, but no, we handed them in with the fee, in a matter of minutes we were called back, all complete so now we can come and go as we please for the next year,

off to the weekend night market, lots of food stalls on the road that leads to the bike and car parks,

 looking towards Jomtien,

 the sky a bit cloudy,

I am not sure what the green things are, but there were lots of them!

looking inland more cloud, the forecast is rain on the way,

opposite the bar tonight the opportunity to test drive a Toyota pick-up,

 then it was all change,

what were the food aisles last week,

  and were covered,

have now become the clothes stalls,

and where the clothes stalls were,

has become the covered food area,

then a new row of stalls all selling food backing on to,

 the pet section,

walking to the end of it I noticed theses concrete pillars had appeared so perhaps a new covered area will appear in time,

 the aquatic store open again,

 spot the fake fish!

I started making my way back to the bar,

when I noticed someone was making an aerial video using a drone,

past the area where the fried chicken used to be,

 sunset over the market,

 and back to the bar,

 and hello to Jim,

whilst there a number of mobile sellers came past, some on motorbike and sidecar,

 and some on foot,

the sky looking inland did not look good and with increasing wind as the night wore on did not bode well for a dry evening,

Jim and myself were joined by Brian, after putting the world to rights we said our goodbyes, luckily for us the rain held off and we made a move for home,

where we were greeted with a delicious aroma, beef stew with dumplings,

so delicious in fact this was my second plate!

we then settled down for Harry Brown, a depressing tale of inner city violence and how people cope with the underbelly of society, one can only hope that in real life it is not like that, but I have a feeling in some places it may be, as an aside the filming took place in the Aylesbury Estate which situated to the east of Walworth Road, London which I know so well, I bought my first new motorbike from a shop called Harvey Owen in the Walworth Road, it was a 1968 Triumph Bonneville, then spent 5 years driving past the shop I bought it from as I attended the London College of Printing, which has now been renamed The London College of Communicationthen one more from New Tricks 11 and we were off to bed.
