We Had Some Shopping To Do For This Evening,

we needed some stewing beef,

so whilst Diana went into Friendship,

I made my way across to the Soi Bukaow market,

 not too much traffic today,

one of the street sellers making use of a closed shop,

I have seen yellow taxis before but never as bright a colour as this one,

one of the small Sois that lead to the market,

this one with a motorcycle repair shop on the corner of it,

I liked the double disc mini seat, well why not as there is not a bike hoist here so it is better than kneeling down,

shopping done we called in for a take home ice coffee and tea,

next stop the weekend night market on Thepprasit Road,

 grey skies looking towards Jomtien,

 and inland as well,

the ice cream lady making her rounds,

a cosmetics stall next to a 49 baht stall behind the bar tonight,

I made my way to the food aisles,

and finally to the pet section,

looking inland I was convinced it was going to rain,

the cactus stall had a few new arrivals,

the aquatic store at the end of the row,

 was open for business,

 sunset over the market,

tonight on the steps a group of school children were collecting for the physically handicapped in the community,

a handicraft seller made his way past the bar, all of his goods appearing to be made from coconut wood and shells,

followed by the egg and rice crispy seller,

the sky appeared to have lighten up a little, so maybe no rain this evening,

a new group from Toyota appeared on the steps,

I think it is buy a car and receive a new telephone free,

we were joined by Brian this evening and between us put the world to rights, after saying our farewells home we went,

where we were greeted with the delicious aroma of a beef stew, with dumplings,

 'Cheers!',

it was so nice I had a second helping,

Tomb Raider-The Cradle of  Life was our fare for the evening, followed by some cable television from TMN, then for us we were off to bed.
