most of us have doodled, when say on the telephone with a pen in hand,
but very few of us have taken doodling to the extremes of artist Sam Cox who works as Mr. Doodle,
it took two years, 900 litres of white paint, 401 cans of black
spray paint, 286 bottles of black drawing paint, and 2,296 pen nibs to transform his home,
in Tenterden, Kent, UK into a monochromatic house of
animals, shapes, and patterns that sprawl across every inch of the space,
the doodling's cover both the interior and exterior and surrounding landscape in the 12-room interior, they also cover personal items like bedsheets, framed photos, and even the artist’s clothes,
now completed Mr. Doodle plans to move into the eclectic space, which you can tour in the timelapse above, compriseing of 1,800 photographs, you can also visit the artist’s Instagram to see more about Mr. Doodle, if you like this type of artform be sure to visit his shop, all that black & white, but at least the television is in colour!
