before lunch a walk to the park,
so glad rags on, as we went to the park Kai had already made a move for her home,
we had a walk to the snail mail box,
the scaffolding at the side of the mansion now disappeared, repairs presumably done,
not many stalls on this side of the mansion,
but a few on the left,
we made our way past the ones on the right,
no cake stall today,
at the rear Diana made a bee-line for the only available bench and table,
a few people were sunbathing, but as it happens when the wind blew it was really quite cold,
although it was bright and sunny,
despite having a beer we soon decided on a move for home, it really was that cold,
as we left we had a look at the stalls in front of the mansion, but there was nothing to tempt us,
we passed the fruit and vegetable stall and made our way home, for our Sunday lunch,
today crayfish tails with avocado, lettuce, spring onions and cucumber with a drizzle of lemon juice and mayonnaise,
a touch of lemon and tuck in,
a 'Cheers!', as the main course arrived, salted gammon ham with all of the trimmings, with gravy for Diana sans gravy for myself, we had a afternoon of Columbo, we were so full at lunch we did not have our sticky pudding dessert until the evening as we watched a Lewis, then Diana left to spend the night with Kai, she is still very nervous about staying alone at night, for myself a Bond,
No Time To Die, which was quite enjoyable, after which I was off to bed.
