A Very Quick Post Today,

it is Diana's day off, 

so we will be out first thing, back to Wednesday, I was out before Diana, before going into town I noticed a patch of white flowers, 

they were white bells,

and a little further along, 

purple, 

or pink bells, giving a little bit of artistic licence!

past the snail mail box and into town,

to the Beckenham Beacon, I had to give a blood and urine sample as a part of my long term health care, well done the NHS!

next stop into Kelsey park, 

the primroses looking nice, 

on both sides of the path,

the river not in flood, not much rain lately, I was trying out my new 500mm lens that Diana bought for me, after taking countless photographs of birds I realised, I have a lot to learn!

I exited by Kelsey Lodge, I had not been out of this entrance/exit to the park before, 

and this is where I was going, to the Park Langley Delicatessen, the reason I went there is that the camera club I belong to, the Beckenham Photographic Society was allowed to put a display of prints on the wall there, 

the whole wall, 

was covered, 

and guess what?

that one was mine!

I had a look at the foods on offer, 

so much to choose from, 

I bought a couple of pain aux raisins for Diana, 

for myself a coffee and sausage roll whilst I was here, 

then back home to play with a few photographs, 

there was only one that I was sort of happy with, above out of the camera, two of this years about to leave the nest herons, one nest here has three youngster, talk about crowded!

and here I cropped it and sharpened it a tad, bird photography is a steep learning curve, and these ones were standing still! 

then time for my evening read and glass of milk, no sherry tonight as I am driving to the club and then picking up Diana from her late shift, 

'Cheers!', with a milk, my meal for tonight, yesterdays take home curry, delicious!, then off to the club, this evening we were reviewing photographs taken at club days out, and club studio sessions, for what ever reason none of which I attended, but it was very informative looking at photographs taken sometimes at places I had visited, then off, to pick up Diana, arriving home feet up for a coffee and a Bangers & Cash, as the team spent a fortune restoring a car that somehow they always seem to buy unwisely and spend way more than the car is worth, as tomorrow it is Diana's day off and we have a early start, we were then off to bed.
