There Did Not Seem To Be Anything That We Found Interesting, Amusing Or Just Plain Weird,

in the news today, so straight on with today's post,

Mark called round in the afternoon, so we chatted the afternoon away talking about stamps and how to put the world to rights, after he left we made our way to the new market in Thepprasit Road, it is next door to the Colosseum so I took a picture of it's progress before parking in the market,

this is the side view of the covered over market, it is huge,

on the way in there was a small funfair,

 the entrance to the market,

as you go into the market there are mainly food stalls at the front,

which gradually give way to clothes stalls,

we knew it was big from the outside, but inside it seems to go on forever, we are now at the far end, a lot of stalls have not yet been taken, but in this area there were mainly stalls selling spices and cooking implements,

on the way back we passed through the area that had the fresh meat and fish counters,

we made our way to the side of the market, so I took this side view of the Colosseum,

and a picture of the glass front, the latest that we have heard is that it is a lady boy venue, similar to the two others in Pattaya,

the good news was that there was a stall selling Marian plums that we like so much,

as it was getting dark the lights on the ferris wheel were turned on,

also in the dodgem cars on the opposite side of the car park, then home for our evening meal,

in the evening we watched Mondays new crop of some of the series that we like, Deadliest Catch, Gold Rush and Bering Sea Gold to name just three, we next started to watch some more episodes of series 9 of Silent Witness, The Meaning of Death, as usual it was great entertainment, though I am not sure that is the correct way to describe watching a series that looks at murder, but we both liked the series, then for us we were off to bed.
