Diana Had Stayed At Kai's Home Overnight,

so they could wake up early and be here,

at St. Pancreas station for the first train to Lings Lynn, it looks like they were the only passengers there!

they we soon thundering towards Lings Lynn,

and took advantage of the onboard refreshments,

and here they are at Norfolk Tulips

they could not have picked a better day,

I will not make many comments on the photographs, they speak for themselves,

time for a break,

a coke for Kai,

and a ice cream for Diana,

and here is a short video,

 that Diana made,

all of the travel and walking the fields made the girls hungry,

so a Thai meal it was,

ice cokes,

for both of them,

starters first,

followed by the main courses,

selfie time!

back to the hotel,

and a few more refreshments,

later in the evening, of course, a McDonald's,

and this is where they will be staying for the night, The Duke's Head Hotel, the girls will travel home on Friday,

meanwhile at home, I had been busy, firstly success! I had installed NIK on the new Affinity Photo 2 photograph editor I had installed, like NIK it is a one off purchase, unlike Photoshop that I will no longer be using, I transformed the living room into a total mess,

but it was my mess!

I knew where everything was, I have to say the new Affinity Photo 2 was a bit more cumbersome than Photoshop, but after 3 or 4 months subscription to Photoshop Affinity will have paid for itself, so I will put up with it being a little more roundabout for the same results, and this is what I was doing, pairing 2 similar photographs, after making any corrections and mounting them, ready to take to the Beckenham Photographic Society when next there is a competition, having said that the club will close down for summer, so I have plenty of time to October when meetings will commence again, these are the pairs,

two black & white,

2 Thai temples,

2 panoramas,

2 black and white,

2 Cambodia ruins,

2 black & white,

I may not enter the same two together, but with a photograph on the out side of each pack I know where each print is,

so they now look like this,

with what is in the pack on each side, after putting everything away and my evening meal looking out of the window,

a couple of foxes were looking for peanuts that I put out for the birds, this one a little more bold,

than this smaller younger one, then it was feet up for a couple of films, firstly,

Midway, what a great film, as I mentioned before, I was so surprised in fact by how good it was, I followed that with,

Mad Max 2, which I enjoyed watching again, it seems strange to think that Emil Minty, who played the feral kid is now 53 years old, after that and wishing Diana sweet dreams I was off to bed.
