I decided to make a new folder,
titled, 'Thailand' not particularly original, but I wanted to make a collection of photographs of scenes mainly in markets and small streets outside of Bangkok, that tourists to Thailand would not see, unless they went to local markets, many of which do not appear on tourists itinerary's when visiting Thailand, above, pretty obvious, the basket seller, all hand made back in the village and brought into town on market days, and pushed around streets when there is not a market on that day in the area,
here a temporary market, typically set up on one day in the week, usually in a car park or on waste ground, Thailand is hot, so mobile ice cream sellers are de rigueur, everywhere, I played with a few more photographs during the day until my evening meal, after which a Outback Opal Hunters and then one from,
Marco Polo, during which Diana returned home, so a coffee and a chat as we watched the last 2 episodes of,
King & Conqueror, I have to say a lavish production, sets, outside locations and costumes could not have been better, pity the production could not run to a book about UK history, but there it is, nevertheless most enjoyable, after which we were off to bed.
