We Decided To Call Back To The Royal Garden,

we had seen a billboard on the side of the road,

 so into the underground car park entrance on second Road, under the plane,

 then out to the front of the building on Beach Road,

 and this is what we had come for, to try some coffee and look at a coffee making machine, like they have in restaurants that puts steam into milk to make it frothy,

 in the foyer a nice selection of beans from all of the major coffee growers in the world, there was just one slight problem the tasting did not start for anther 3 hours, I did not read the fine print!

 so as we were there we wandered around some of the attractions,

 I am not sure who she is but she did not say a word,

 and I guess it is Marilyn, but she too was not talking,

 Michael Jackson was also here,

 as was Jack,

 if you want to see more of the rich and famous this is where to see them in Pattaya, Louis Tussauds Waxworks in the Royal Garden,

 as we were a little hungry our next stop was Walking Street,

 after parking the bike we made our way to the Pattaya Beer Garden, past the shrine at the entrance,

 as you approach Walking Street on Beach Road it is on the right hand side behind the bars that are in the first complex you come to, take the passage way by the side of them,

 the view from the passage way looking past the water treatment plant along the beach,

 Diana ordered a coke light, I went with a draft beer,

 although sunny Nick and Maureen called for a chat and mentioned it was pouring down with rain at their home, looking at the sky there were a few clouds coming in,

 some of the local fishermen making their way out to sea,

 as a speedboat comes into shore,

 our meal arrived, some finger food,

 'Cheers!', from me,

 in the distance it was starting to really cloud over,

 then the first few drops of rain,

 and a crash of thunder,

 time to go,

 so drink up quick and we were off,

 a quick pose by the water feature and we were gone, but not in time, at the end of our journey home we were soaked to the skin, it poured down, so a change into dry clothes,

 a cup of tea and we were off again to the weekend night market in Theprisitt road, a few clouds looking towards Jomtien,

 and some inland, but it was clear enough to see the moon,

 luckily I did not shake the camera too much,

 Yamaha and True Vision opposite the bar tonight,

 fresh bugs on the menu at this stall,

 it looks quiet crowded, but in fact there were not many people here this evening, the earlier rain I guess putting people off,

 fresh strawberries, it is still early in the season for them,

 no one in the pet aisle,

 sunset looking towards Jomtien,

 a new shake bar has opened up this week,

 having had a walk around I made my way back past the Yamaha stall,

 to the bar,

 we were joined by Nan and Brian's wife Sa,

 and of course Brian, Mr. Tony also arrived, so after a chat we said goodbye to Brian and made a move home,

 where I was put in charge of lighting the bar-b-q,

  almost there,

then success,

 after the flames had died down, a couple of onions and some salmon in foil was put on to start cooking, Diana had been busy in the kitchen,

 Diana was in charge of the cooking,

 she had decided on Cumberland sausages and some spare ribs that she had marinated,

 so on they went,

 but still along way to go,

 having said that Mr. Tony and myself were already tucking into the ribs that had already by now been cooked,

 salmon next followed by sausages and garlic bread, it was all so delicious,

 just as we were going indoors the frog put in an appearance,

 this one not as small as the last one we saw,

there are so many of them, it seems strange though as we are surrounded by concrete on all sides, I wonder where they breed?

inside we settled down with for Mr. Tony a coke and for me a medicinal red wine, Mr. Tony had also kindly brought along some huge imported strawberries, which were delicious, we watched Top Gear till past midnight, after saying our goodbyes it was then for us time for bed.
