I Am Meeting Mark For Breakfast This Morning,

so straight on with the post,

we were out for Sunday lunch,
so glad rags and off to Soi Lengkee we went, parking opposite the China Garden,

for our walk towards Soi Bukaow,

crossing into Soi Diana,

you may have already guessed,
we were on our way to eat at the Robin's Nest,
if you are not sure where it is look down Soi Diana towards Second Road,
looking for this LK Metro sign, the restaurant is just a few yards before the sign,
and this is what we are here for,

a huge selection of food as well as the included soup,
all carved and served by one of the charming Robin's Nest girls,

Diana likes her gravy,

as we all get ready to tuck in,

we were also joined today by Slim Jim,
after a second helping or two it was time for our desserts,
and of course I had to finish the meal with a latte coffee,

another good reason to eat here, we picked up a copy of Pattaya Trader on the way out, we said our goodbyes to Slim Jim and made our way back to the car,
incidentally if you are in the area there is a huge number of mobile food stalls if you do not want a sit down meal,

selling main courses as well as desserts,
and every thing in between,
3 or 4 here just waiting for a customer or two,

and this one even has a few seats,

did I mention you can buy towels as well?
on our way back to the car we bumped into a friend we had not seen for some time, Russ,

so we had a quick catch up on what we were all up to,

after we arrived home with Mr. Tony remembering how much we all enjoyed the last Cirque du Solell, we decided to watch another couple, but the later shows good though they were did not match the precession and performance of the first two,

a couple from Monty Don came next, Around the World in 80 Gardens, it is in fact a 10-part series, all of it so watchable, after the first section it was on to satellite television for Swords on the Line, a documentary about fishermen who catch these fish one at a time with a rod and reel, the to another favourite of all of us, series 20 of Top Gear, I keep saying it Jeremy for Prime Minister!

after we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony we watched one more from Poirot,

The Plymouth Express
A mining entrepreneur hires Poirot to solve the brutal murder of his daughter and the theft of her jewels aboard the express train to Plymouth.

after that it was late so we were off to bed.
