as we started our lunch,
first a read and a Harvey's sherry,
for our starters some of yesterday's seafood platter plus lots of smoked salmon,
with crackers!
a drizzle of lemon,
cracker time,
waiting for the bang,
the agony of anticipation,
and there we are, hats a plenty,
out with the bubbly,
and a selfie,
'Cheers!',
for today a chateaubriand cooked to perfection by Diana, with all of the trimmings, sans sauce for myself,
what a feast,
for our dessert panna cotta, the last of it, I have never had this before this Christmas, it was delicious, in the evening a relax as we watched one of Diana's favorite films, one of mine as well,
Dial M for Murder, as with most, if not all Hitchcock films he is in there somewhere, even if he is in black and white! after which a Midsomer Murder and with the end of that we were off to bed.
