so we had a lazy day,
in the afternoon we made a move into town,
it was a lovely day,
using my skills as a househusband, comparing prices as I do, we divided the shopping, I went to Lidl, whilst Diana went a little further along the High Street into Sainsburys,
as the shopping was a tad heavy we took the bus home,
walking back through the park we noticed that in one garden, a magnolia was coming into flower,
in a week or so, maybe less the flowers will put on a beautiful show,
in the evening time for our meal, a Filipino chicken dish with rice for Diana,
for myself,
Diana had made a chicken casserole, which was delicious,
meal finished it was feet up for tonight's film, The Dark Tower, it took a bit of time to get into the story, but then it became quite enjoyable, great cast and special effects, after which we were treated to a double helping of New Tricks, we have of courses watched them all before, but they are such good fun it is nice to watch them again, and with the end of that double helping, we were off to bed.
