Day 11,

at sea,

we skipped breakfast, to have a late lunch, so a 'Cheers!', we spent the afternoon in one of the lounges playing cribbage, in the evening off to the restaurant,

for a 3 course meal, our starters,

and main courses, chicken for Diana,

pork for myself,

'Cheers!', over our desserts,

after which into the theatre for 'Blame it on the Boogie', what a great show, I should mention that on our cruise with P & O all theatre shows, and the cinema were all included in the cruise price, as was all of the food except in the Ocean Grill and the Indian restaurant, after the show, you guessed it! up to the Crows Nest for a nightcap before we were off to bed, back in the UK., I had a bit of a busy day, next week our old front door will be removed by a company the specialises in asbestos removal, as the back of our door has a sheet of asbestos on the back of it, so to make sure all goes well I removed all of the fittings except the hinges,

above are the things that gave me the most trouble, Perko closer, sometimes called a spring chain door closer, the operative word being spring, it is incredibly strong,

I had to put a small screw driver in one of the links when the door was open then close the door slightly to remove the screws and take it out of the door, the spring was so strong it bent the screw driver, and I had two of them to do!

above I have now removed both of them, next make sure all of the screws that were in the hinges could be unscrewed, since the door was put on at least 42 years ago, they needed a bit of persuasion,

all are now ready to be easily removed, job done, it was time for my evening meal, for tonight a tuna salad, after the usual Outback Opal Hunters I decided on a film,

Kong: Skull Island, we had watched the film before but it was nice to watch it again, almost non-stop action with stunning special effects, I followed that with a film I had watched a little while ago,

Braveheart, as I mentioned I had watched the movie before, it was a almost all action movie, great to watch, but to be fair it was one of the least historically accurate movies that have ever been made, but still enjoyable, trouble was I kept rooting for Longshanks, during the film I popped out to pick up Diana from her late shift, arriving back home we continued to watch the film until it was time for bed.
