it seems like there is one every week,
today we parked opposite the China Garden,
we are going to walk to the bottom of Soi Lengkee,
cross over Soi Bukaow,
in to Soi Diana to the Robin's Nest,
at the front of the restaurant Lee, co-owner and manager who always makes us most welcome,
we all went with the 249 Sunday carvery buffet, but the restaurant has a huge selection of food with daily specials as well,
today we were joined by Slim Jim,
soup is included with the carvery, but we went straight to the main course,
Diana looking as lovely as ever, as was the food, Diana decided on a second helping, a dish of sausages, onions and gravy, it really was that nice,
we rounded off the meal with the included ice cream, coconut for Diana,
vanilla, strawberry and chocolate for myself, again another excellent meal at a price that is more than reasonable,
we said our goodbyes to Lee,
also to Slim Jim as he was going home, one of the many food stalls in the street that we spotted on the way back to the car,
then it was feet up for some Sunday afternoon/evening entertainment, starting with North by Northwest, great for a Sunday afternoon when you are relaxing after a Sunday lunch,
'in northwestern India soon after the turn of the 20th Century, Moslem rebels seek to kill a six-year-old Hindu prince to end his family line. Captain Scott of the British Army is ordered to get the prince out of the region safely. Adventure ensues as Scott sneaks the child away, through Moslem-held territory, by train, also on board are the boy's American governess, an arms merchant, a cynical reporter, and two upper class Britons',
a great if dated all action adventure,
we finished the evening with the last few episodes of Downton Abbey, it is a shame that the series has finished as we all enjoyed it so much, but we have ordered the Christmas special so we are looking forward to that, also that series 4 is being planned, by now it was late so we said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then for us we were off to bed.
