First Thing And Off To Pay 3BB For The Months Internet,

at 1,166 baht a month although some times a bit slow,

it is a lot quicker than the satellite system we used to have and it is half the price, we also stopped off at the 7-11 for eggs, milk, etc, but we were surprised to find out that although the beer shelves were full there was no soda water, there must have been a run on it,

I had then arranged to meet Mark but on the way a bit of air was needed in the tyres,

we were going to have a walk round the TukCom Center, so Diana stayed at home and watched some horror movies, I also did a bit of shopping at Tops which is downstairs, after the Friendship car park mafia unpleasantness we no longer shop there, so I was pleased to find some biscuits on sale there which are a favorite of ours,

we sat at the front of Starbucks for a coffee, also for Mark a bite to eat, although it does not look it Pattaya Tai was packed with cars and tourists, many I guess coming from Bangkok for the Loy Kratong festival which is tomorrow evening,

we chatted the afternoon away watching people come and go,

then it was glad rags on as it was was our night out for a meal,

we decided on Robins Nest as it has a special curry night for the next month or so on a Wednesday night, 179 baht each for starters, several curries and ice cream all included, both Diana and myself love Indian curries so this was an offer not to miss,

we were also joined by Mr. Tony,

there were Thai curries available as well included in the price, a great deal if you have a Thai friend out here and you want to try the Indian night yourself,

 'Cheers!',

Diana had a break from the curries as she tucks into a bowl of chips,

 then some more curry,

followed by ice cream, of course for me with another medicinal red wine,

next home to 388 where Booie and Mr. Tony said their goodbyes, we all agreed a nice meal and plenty of it, I am not sure how long the Wednesday curry nights will last, so check first if you are going to try one,

by now it was late so we had time for just one episode of Sharpe, Sharpe's Siege, Jane and Sharpe are married in Spain but he must leave her stricken with the fever that is sweeping the camp to join an invasion force led by inexperienced but arrogant young Colonel Bampfylde, will he return to find his new wife dead or alive? then for us we were off to bed.
