so finishing my coffee I made my way back home, but when waiting for the lights to change I noticed a few repairs going on to some of the cables,
he who must not not be named, (his life would be in mortal danger if his identity became public knowledge), duly arrived so we spent the day looking at stamps and playing with the train set upstairs, after our evening meal it was off to town to meet up with, oops! I nearly blew his cover, the walk down to the strip was quiet crowded,
it does not look busy but there were lots of people making their way to the street,
the new go-go New York New York still not yet open, but wires have been put in place for the sign,
what was Goodfellows has now reopened as Party Club in about the middle of Soi Blues Factory,
and in to the street, the headings over the Marine bar are labelled Room 39, I am not sure if it is a bar or the name of a pop group, but on March 23rd the poster is advertising a free bar party, I wonder where it is?
as we both knew where it was we had arranged to meet up in Champions,
after a few in there we moved on to Sweethearts where He who must not be named took the picture, after going inside we had a couple or three,
before moving on to Roxy's, unfortunately it was Grieg's night off but we still had a great time,
we made our way back towards the middle of the street, passing the Turkish ice cream vendor on the way, it is a good show if you watch it,
so many bars to chose from,
we nearly ended up in Peppermint but ended up in Lollipop's instead, so we had our nightcap there, it was past midnight so we said our goodbyes as the stranger from the West made his way to the next bar,
meanwhile I had called Diana who said she was hungry, so a quick stop off at one of the food stalls,
lots of food on sticks for Diana, a chicken leg for me,
for some reason Second Road was quiet busy,
food almost done, then motorbike taxi, home, a bite to eat, we then watched some satellite television, then for us it was off to bed.
