Straight On To Today's Post,

as we are out early,

first stop in the hotel car park on Soi Lengkee,

 opposite the China Garden restaurant,

then a walk down Soi Lengkee towards Soi Bukaow,

on the corner a mobile stall selling flowers to take to the temple,

a look along the ever busy Soi Bukaow,

and Soi Diana looking towards LK Metro,

another mobile stall in the front of the Metropole Hotel,

and here we are at today's venue, the Robins Nest

we all decided on the excellent value carvery, soup, main course and ice cream all for 249 baht per person,

service with a smile, the selection of cuts,

 soup, vegetables and gravy,

plus a few more dishes to chose from,

we were joined today by Mr. Tony and Slim Jim,

 all set to tuck in,

but first a picture of us,

main course finished on to the ice cream,

followed by a latte coffee, another great Sunday lunch,

we said our goodbyes to Slim Jim and made our way back to the car, it appears that looking at this stall the strawberry season has begun,

a couple more stalls on the right hand side of Soi Diana,

and a fruit juice stall on the left,

we made our way up Soi Lengkee past the carved red Indian,

some of the bars and restaurants looking towards Third Road, next stop home, feet up and we watched some Cheers,

after a evening snack we said our farewells to Mr. Tony then watched Red Planet, I really enjoyed the film but it appears I was almost alone looking at the score it revived in the IMDB review, we rounded off the evening with some Storage Wars and Baggage Wars, but then best of all bringing us up to midnight another one of the excellent series, Ade in Britain, we both really enjoy looking at the traditional crafts and foods of the British Isles, a quote from Ade about the series,

‘You may be asking why I’m driving around the country towing a little caravan behind me. Well, I want to experience and celebrate everything that's great about Britain. From Cornish pasties to Kentish ales, from Morris dancing to sea shanties – I'm not saying that Britain is best, but I think it's in the top one’ – Ade Edmondson,

as an aside the teardrop caravan that Ade takes round Britain is made by the English Caravan Company, if you visit their web site and wonder what a chitting barn is, this is it, I knew that, then for us we were off to bed.
