I never seemed to end up with a balanced budget,
at the end of each month I always seemed to owe more than I earn, but now I have seen the error of my ways with this budget plan, obviously substitute the dollars for UK pounds and I will be home and dry, just follow the plan and many thanks to the American Bankers Associated Education Foundation for the advice.
