Nick and Maureen called in,
along with Ta-Taa of course as they were in town to do some shopping,
we watched a bit of television, then it was time to go,
to the China Garden Restaurant & Hotel, it is in Soi Lengkee, one of the roads that runs between Third Road and Soi Bukaow,
we were dinning with Mr. Tony, as we went in I said 'I'll have that one!'
there were only three other tables being used so we had plenty of choice as to where to sit,
after prawn crackers we had a selection of starters with three types of sauces,
which we all enjoyed,
the kitchen staff are now starting to be busy as more dinners call in,
great attention to detail,
Diana looking as lovely as ever,
great decor in the restaurant as well,
Peking duck, we will be seeing one of them later!
Diana with out the flash switched on, looking forward to the next course,
and with the flash on,
our next course, chicken and sweetcorn soup, 'Cheers!' from all of us,
the soup as usual was delicious,
time for another carafe of wine,
our two waitresses for the evening,
after the Peking duck and pancakes our main courses arrived,
special chow mien,
with two other dishes, one a chicken, the other prawn,
and very nice they were too,
we all agreed that the food here along with the service and ambiance was as good as it gets,
so if one night you fancy some Chinese cooking this is the place to go, then for us home to 388,
and feet up for another few episodes of The Fall and Rise of Reginald Perrin, we then said our goodbyes to Mr. Tony, then we were off to bed.
