later in the afternoon we made our way to the market,
as we were going to have a barbecue we needed to buy some chicken,
a great improvised home-made chimney,
around 6 o'clock in the evening it was time to light the barbecue,
I then had a cunning plan, use the fan to increase the draft to make the fire catch quicker, which seemed to work but it filled front of the house with smoke, but at least the fire took quickly,
we decided on the same as last week, garlic bread, prawn kebabs, marinated chicken and a onion bonbon,
by now the charcoal was glowing nicely, so after our starters of garlic bread,
it was on with the prawn kebabs,
the onion bonbons in the silver foil take the longest to cook, so Diana puts them on the barbecue as soon as the charcoal starts to glow,
Steve very kindly called from UK, hopefully he and his wife Kai will be out here sometime in the future, then after saying our goodbyes it was 'Cheers!' from me and on with our evening meal,we chatted the rest of the evening away before making a move indoors, we then watched some of the Crime and Investigation channel and then for us we were off to bed.
