and showered,
we were off to the weekend night market on Thepprasit Road, the view looking towards Jomtien,
the clouds had followed me from Bangkok,
a beauty stall and secondhand stall opposite the bar this evening,
quiet a few shoppers around in the food aisles,
I am not quiet sure what this stall is selling, but I am guessing fish of some kind,
as busy as the food aisles were the clothes and household goods section was deserted,
as was the pet section, hardly a soul (sole) in the aquatic shop,
sunset over the market,
a new stall had appeared at the end of one of the clothes aisles selling these Thailand themed T shirts,
but this stall has been here as long as I can remember,
the variety of foods to take away is almost endless, lots of foods on sticks, with fried chicken at the end stall,
just mind the boiling oil,
I hate to say it, but storm clouds are heading our way,
it was a pity it was so overcast, this stall looked so colourful even though the light was poor,
only one customer at the bar tonight,
more clouds rolling in,
the pet stall just behind the bar had let the parrot out,
I could almost hear him say, 'who's a pretty boy then?'
Brian joined us at the bar this evening,
behind us there were rumblings of thunder and flashes of lightning,
Diana had gone to Tesco and came back laden with shopping,
then some of Brian's family arrived, Nan, Sa, Brian's wife, Amin and Sofida,
after saying our goodbyes we made a move back to the bike, no sooner had we set off than the heavens opened, it was so bad we ducked into one of the shelters for cars, the rain let off after about 10 minuets or so,
we made a move for our evening meal to the Punch and Judy, just a mile of so away, where it was completely dry, not a drop of rain had fallen,
Diana chose a Mexican dish from the bar snacks menu, the Friday fish and chip special for myself,
