as well as meeting Steve and Les in the evening,
first stop was to the seamstress, Diana wanted to have one of her dresses altered,
and then to the TukCom Centre, I wanted to have a plastic film put over the rear screen of the camera to prevent it from being scratched,
walking along Pattaya Tai it appears that the space outside Friendship supermarket has become the parking stand for the yellow and blue taxis,
I was making my way to the Kodak shop to have a few prints made,
we also called into the fruit and vegetable market to pick up some fresh fruit, ideally a cantaloupe melon, but none were to be had,
we are at the start of the rainy season, so a few more hibiscus are in flower,
they look so nice,
it is just a pity that the flower lasts for only one day,
but at least there are a few flowering every day,
one of the bromeliads also had a flower,
quiet small but still better than none at all,
I should of mentioned that whilst at TukCom Diana called into Dunkin Donuts,
for her afternoon treat, also whilst at Tukcom we saw a nice camera that Diana liked, it had a big price sticker in front of it for 4,000 baht, it was a pink Samsung, with her brothers wedding just around the corner it would be great for her to have a nice camera as well, so we almost said yes, then had a closer look, the price was for it's memory card, the cameras price sticker was way off to one side 21,900 baht! so we made our excuses and left,
all too soon it was glad rags on and we were off,
Diana took this picture of us in the back of Mr. Tony's car,
and this was where we were going, Cherry's, it is almost opposite what was once the X-Cite disco on Third Road,
which is where we meet up with Steve and Les,
as it was Wednesday evening we had the International buffet,
after the salad bar, there were a selection of soup starters as well,
prawns already in the soup bowls, just add the soup and spices for a tom yum goong,
then on to the main starters,
and there were lots of them,
smoked salmon and melon wrapped in Parma ham for myself, but we all had a few plates of different ones,
next the main courses,
18 or so main courses dishes to chose from, plus more from the carvery and kebab part of the dining area,
and who could resist some of these desserts?
to round the meal off a coffee or two,
then Les surprised us all by giving me a bottle of Jameson Irish whiskey,
