especially unusual ones,
like this one from Maurice Lacroix, I always think of the wheels, cogs and gears inside the workings of a watch to be round, but here the gearing of this Masterpiece Roue Carree Seconde is certainly not round,
apparently it took
watchmaker and engineer Michel Vermot in collaboration with the Haute Ecole Arc
du Locle more than a few years to perfect the design and make the necessary
adjustments to make the gears mesh successfully, but enough of this, how much
to have this totally different movement on your wrist? well the one above in an 18K pink gold case can be
yours for just $21,025,
well if you had to ask the price you could not afford it as they say, but all is not lost there is a cheaper version, like this one with a stainless steel case with either a black,
or silver dial, either one can be yours for just $7,250, all of the above are available here, and no I am not on commission, I just like unusual watches.
