also to have a look at some 3D BluRay DVDs,
Brian was here with his wife as well,
little and large bikes,
Diana and Dang started cooking,
whist we watched some parts of the 3D movies and documentaries, the toll on the San Miguel's was starting to rise, but the good news is that Flying Monsters with David Attenborough was exceptionally awe inspiring, it was in this DVD that 3D really worked, Sir David was examining a fossil, the bones lifted from it and formed a 3 dimensional skeleton in mid air, great program, the films, the little we looked at them seemed to lack the 'in your face' 3D effect of say some of the underwater DVDs or the travel ones, like a raft ride down the Colorado River, just another couple of months saving and we should have our own 3D player and bigger television,
more supplies needed!,
after the good news about what I thought was a growth in my throat we decided to celebrate, so glad rags on,
and off we went,
along a busy Second Road,
helmets off,
pass the mobile bar,
and into the Royal Garden Plaza,
to Benihana on the food floor,
our chef for the evening was Matrix,
working along side his friend, in case you have not been to Benihana's before, you are seated at a table with a cooking hot plate in front of you, the food is prepared and cooked as you watch,
an ice tea for Diana,
we started with a soup and salad,
meanwhile Matrix started cooking the vegetables,
which were then sprinkled with sesame seeds, I should mention you may be asked to share a table, ours seated six, but there were only four dinners sharing it, so it was still quiet cosy,
next some squid and scallops,
sprinkled with spices,
the staff try to make it a fun evening, Diana got the fright of her life with the chicken, I will not spoil it by telling you what it did, or some of the other surprises that wait in store for diners,
a nice bottle of wine to compliment the meal,
next the steak,
throwing eggs in the air like this without breaking them makes cat juggling look easy!
I just cannot get on with chopsticks!
Matrix likes me really!
for dessert bananas,
sprinkled with something sweet,
which was delicious,
I asked Matrix to take a picture of us, so he took one of himself as well,
everyone say 'Ah!'
'Cheers!', from me,
and us,
we then took a walk around the Plaza, but this is not the place to be if you suffer from coulrophobia, a fear of clowns,
scary or not? but if you do fear clowns take heart that rapper P. Diddy and Johnny Depp also share the same phobia,
Diana takes the pose,
whilst we were out and about walking through the store we bumped into Craig, Porn and family, so a quick catch up as to what we all were doing,
I am not quiet sure who this chap was,
in the next moment we bumped into David Gray of East Coast Real Estate and his wife Gade,
croc shopping, then home to 388, what a lovely meal, I had often said we wanted to go to Benihana's, I am just so glad that we did,
although we had watched Sleepy Hollow before, I had bought a BluRay of it so we watched it again, Constable Ichabod Crane, (what a great name, Ichabod), has to find the headless horseman of Sleepy Hollow, who cuts off heads, in case you are wondering the village of Sleepy Hollow is a real place, a book entitled Sleepy Hollow is a personal reminiscence, written by Washington Irving under the pen name, Geoffrey Crayon, this article (not to be confused with The Legend of Sleepy Hollow [1819]) also written by Irving, first appeared in The Knickerbocker Magazine, in May of 1839, with that we were off to bed.
