unfortunately it is thought that due to the fact that passengers and stores were not on board coupled with a high tide the luxury cruise ship Pearl NO 7, bump into a bridge in Wenzhou, East China's Zhejiang province, the accident happened last Wednesday, thankfully no injuries were reported, a bit of a oops! moment for all concerened.
