I am guessing that the state troopers in Massachusetts are
as eagle eyed as any other state troopers, so it come as no surprise
when this license plate was spotted on a car and the driver pulled over, Johanna
Baez-Rodriguez, 25, was pulled over yesterday morning by a state trooper who
spotted the homemade license plate on her 1991 Honda Accord as it travelled on
Insterstate 391 in Chicopee, Baez-Rodriguez,
a Springfield resident, was charged with a variety of violations, including
driving with a suspended license and attaching false plates to her ride, if she
intends to commit the same offence again might I suggest a
few lessons in an art class?
