Hi Stan
Can I see pictures of your railway? Any progress being made or have you stopped for a while to concentrate on stamps.
I had a great day recently on Negros. I hired a steam locomotive from Hawaiian Philippine sugar cane mill for the day. Great fun out in the fields taking photos and going wherever I wanted as long as we avoided the diesel hauled service trains. 15,000 Pesos plus 2000 Pesos in tips. Good value I thought, why not give it a try.
Keep up the blog.
Robert
Dear Mike, many thanks for the link, hope to see you both soon, best regards, Stan and Diana.
Dear Robert, I have stopped on the train for a few months, when I had gout I could hardly stand up for 10days or so, which gave me the excuse to start on the stamps, so nothing has happened since our last railway post. Your train trip sounds fascinating, do you have a blog or facebook that your pictures are on? best regards, Stan and Diana.
