There Are Great Jobs,

and there are jobs we can only dream about,


take professional chocolate taster Georg Bernardini, his job? eat 70 pounds of chocolate a year, breaking it down that is 4,200 chocolates from 70 different countries, all of that and he gets paid! but is is not all pleasure, He evaluates everything from flavour, taste, appearance, melt, ingredients, and quality to determine which chocolates are really the best in the world, and he has put it all in his new, ultimate chocolate guide, Chocolate: The Reference Standard, now available in English, I am desperately trying to think of a better paid job because this one takes some beating! and no I am not on commission.
