We Had A Quiet Day,

but unusually for a Tuesday we were going out in the evening,

so it was glad rags on and we were out,

 to Cherry's,

as today is Tuesday they have the lamb special, first an amuse-bouche,

 'Cheers!',

Diana decided on the weekly set menu,

starting with boiled shrimps in cold tuna sauce with timbale of avocado salad,

followed by a potato soup with bacon and chives,

whilst Mr. Tony and myself decided on a lobster bisque soup to start,

 which was followed,

by a lemon sorbet for all of us,

on to the main courses, beef tenderloin steak topped with mushroom and cheese served with roquefort sauce and egg noodles for Diana,

 for Mr. Tony and myself,

a lamb shank, slice of leg of lamb and a lamb chop, with a selection of vegetables and sauteed potatoes,

a quick pose for the camera, then eyes down and tuck in!

then for dessert we all had a cherry tart with vanilla ice cream,

and to round off the meal what better than an Irish coffee? the restaurant has a full menu, for a look at some of the other dishes available have a look here, Diana's set special menu was 550 baht (450 baht on Sunday), the set menu changes weekly, whilst the Tuesday lamb special was also 550 baht, for us it is one of our favourite venues, so if you want to give it a try the restaurant is located on Third Road opposite what was once the X-Cite disco, arriving home we watched a couple of Judge Judy's then saying goodbye we thanked Mr. Tony as he left for home, then for us it was feet up a nightcap or three then off to bed.
