Every Day,

we keep reading about an icy blast,

 the 35th annual Harbin International Ice and Snow Sculpture Festival in Heilongjiang province, China, opened last weekend, and will continue through February, above preparations before the opening, photograph credit Kevin Frayer / Getty,
