as Diana was busy at home,
so past the church,
a quick look at the marine invertebrate aquarium,
and one of the banks of tropicals,
the coldwater section is now open,
they look deceptively small but these big koi are about 20"long,
a nice selection of water lilies,
now that the weather is warming up,
arriving back at the park, the wisteria is still looking good, but the first signs that the show will be over soon are starting to show,
in the evening I was out to meet with Steve,
looking back at the side of the gate house,
and the front,
someone has taken on the job of making what is normally a plain grass verge,
into a nice display of flowers,
I am guessing the council will put a stop to it soon, but maybe I am being a bit cynical in that respect,
into the club where Steve and myself chatted the night away, after saying our goodbyes,
it was home through the park, feet up, a nightcap or three, then we were off to bed.
