today, after being cleared of misconduct by an independent panel, he insisted the situation was 'ridiculous', cost to the rate payers of Tunbridge Wells for the inquiry? £7,371 I wonder where the council gets all of it's money from, ah I remember from the people they are serving - us!

More Council Madness!
this time from Tunbridge Wells Borough Council,
