I have never for one second believed in global warming as a man made problem, go back 50,000 years to near where I used to live in the UK, mammoths walked over the tundra, are you telling me that caveman Ugh developed fire and drove the ice cap back? no the earth heats and cools as part of its natural cycle, we are not part of the problem, we just fall for the lie and keep paying organisations to frighten us.

I did a little studying about this as I found the story very interesting.
Antarctica is the world's largest desert: There is no rainfall there because it is too cold. However, as the air has warmed slightly in regions across the southern hemisphere to the north of Antarctica, it has allowed more atmospheric moisture than before to make it as far south as the polar ice cap over Antartica, where it precipitates out. This explains why ice is increasing in Antarctica.
The Western part of Antartica has been on a cooling trend for the past 30 years actually. It's nothing new. Nobody knows why it is cooling. This indeed is causing the ice sheets there to increase in size.
However, the increasing ice sheets in Western Antartica are floating, and the ice in these ice sheets is predominantly coming from seawater frozen from the cooler temperatures in Western Antartica. So, like an ice cube in a glass, there is a net zero effect on sea levels with these increasing ice sheets.
However, the ice on the Eastern side apparently is sliding off of land, adding to the sea levels little by little.
Feel free to put up more articles that claim to prove global warming is a hoax. It's fun studying them to see if any of them have any truth about them.
Dear Jil, glad you enjoyed the posts about the big lie, I have just put another cry from the desperate on the blog, the things the tree huggers stoup to to try to win their case! it was in The Sun so it must be true! a few months ago I watched a program by one of the two founders of Greenflece, guess what? he agreed with most of what I have been saying! then he had to resign - did not toe the company line and all that, by the way I have from your blog found the ideal way to spread B***s around New York, get the New Yorkers to send them fully armed on their way! so you do not need a huge number expensive remote control devises to launch thousands of them around NY just a big red button that says BANG! best regards, Stan and Diana.
