next up for a few vodka soda's Blueberry Hill, by now the alcohol had started to take effect,
Joe was every ones friend, but these two did not want to talk!
well this one was fast asleep,
getting ready for the next morning it was down town to the money exchange,
then to the Swiss House for breakfast,
Diana wanted a few things from the corner shop, that really is on the corner,
that day there was a fight on TV, so every time we went past a bar with a TV set outside and in was packed with eager viewers,
inside there was a carousal for the kids, but Diana did not want to go on it,
in the evening we called back to Tequila Reef for our evening meal,
Diana had a huge strawberry margarita,
Glen and Joe waiting for the meal,
and it arrived, I am not into Mexican food, but it was pronounced first rate by Joe and Glen,
Diana had a sizzling hot sisig with rice,
the waitresses were very attentive,
then more bar hopping,
we went to the Blue Nile bar, again we have stayed there before but it also was fully booked when we tried to book it before we arrived,
so after a few in there,
it was on to Fantasy,
we just could not walk past the Dirty Duck with out having a look,
or Ziggy's,
by the time we reached Gecko's I needed some support,
heaven knows how we arrived at Valhalla's,
Diana then saw a food cart, it was selling a Philippine national dish, a duck egg which is nearly developed called a balut,
from the outside they look quiet OK, but wait till we get back to the hotel!
having seen the inside of a balut egg before we decided to have a quick drink in the Road House,
then Diana fell in love with this car, for the rest of the trip every time we went past it Diana kept saying how much she wanted one, luckily she can not drive, so that's all right then!
back to the balut, it was food time!
basically the egg is 16 days into incubation it is then boiled and eaten, I am told it is delicious, but the sight of looking at a baby duck just puts me off the whole thing, if you want some fowl facts look here,
