there were more fish stalls here than last week,
the blue pools have different types of fancy goldfish in them,
like these black moors
I always find these Venus flytraps fascinating,
there were lots of orchids on display as well,
the flowers are so beautiful, well they are for me,
we had a look at some of the stalls selling bonsai,
this was one that we saw last week, a friend asked how much it was, with out any haggling 4,000 baht, just on £80.00 at today's rate,
these are the two bonsai pots we ordered last week, 170 baht each, all I have to do now is wait for the rooting powder to arrive and I can start planting,
then I decided to spend a few hours playing with my stamps,
contemplating a set of stamps issued in 1908 commemorating the Franco - British Exhibition,
then it was time for glad rags,
and off to town,
and where else? Champions of course! in the few weeks we had not been there the interior has had a face lift, new tables and stage lights, but it will not be finished for another few weeks, we were also joined by Slim Jim, who brought along a bag of lollipops which everyone enjoyed immensely, at the end of the evening Juu kindly gave us a lift home, as it was late for us we were off to bed, looking forward to Sunday lunch tomorrow.
