Diana decided on some Thai food,
whilst I had the 199 baht carvery, 'Cheers!',
on the way home we stopped off at the market, Diana is getting really good at making mango slushies, delicious they are too,
the market was very quiet, we were almost the only customers there,
although I have tried them more than a few times, I can not say I like the taste of durians,
then some of these large round fruits, I have not seen them in the UK so I have no idea what they are called, but Diana loves them,
shopping done, home and feet up for a few Sunday afternoon ZZZZZ's!
later in the afternoon Phil and Kay called in for cup of tea and a chat, later in the evening we had a call from Mike and Riza, they were going with Jay and Precill to the Wild West Saloon, so we were off to join them,
Precil, Riza and Diana all dressed up to party,
the Filipino band were as usual excellent,
one of the singers Rose called over to say Hi,
but not as a duet!
Reg the owner called over to say hello as well,
all to soon it was time to say goodbye to the staff at the Wild West Saloon, we were off,
to the Boomerang Bar,
very spacious inside, again with a Filipino band belting out a few favorites,
it is a bar and hotel complex, complete with swimming pool,
we sat at tables but there is a proper bar for those that like sit there,
'Cheers!' from all of us, the beer here was just 45 baht for a San Miguel light,
one of the girls from The Wild West Saloon accompanied us,
Riza as all of the girls was enjoying herself,
the band, even better than the previous one,
all of the girls pose for a picture,
whilst we were there Wayne called over and made us more than welcome,
by now we had all had a few beers!
Len-len who is one of the male singers daughter and Precil
AAl another guy from the band and Jay,
all to soon it was time to go, well it was 03.30 in the morning! Mike very kindly stayed off the beers to give us all a lift home, another great evening (morning), out,
as an aside before we went out we watched, Needful Things, not really that scary but I am glad I was not in Castle Rock, but for us after we arrived home it was off to bed.
