so off to Tesco Lotus,
to buy a couple of boxes,
coming back to the motorcycle I noticed this little chap, that I had not seen before, I was not sure what it was, until I looked at the engine casing,
a Benelli, there is a dealership on the Sumkivitt Road just next to Num Chai,
as we made our way back it started to rain, thankfully it held off until we were indoors, then the storm started, thunder, lightning, rain, we got the lot, and some of the lightning was pretty close too,
almost as quickly as it began the storm stopped,
so we were off,
to the weekend night market on Thepprasit Road, a quick look at the huge television screen at the end of Thepprasit,
10 baht later and I had arrived, Diana stayed on the baht bus as she wanted to go to Tesco Lotus,
the food and drinks stalls at the beginning of the market up and running,
as were the mobile fruit sellers.
looking towards Jomtien,
slight cloud,
the same looking inland,
the toy stall still had not set up,
I made my way past the center section of the condominiums,
a truck was blocking the view of the stalls opposite the bar,
some more work had been done on the escalators,
and further along a structure was being built on top,
looking back no sign of what the stalls opposite the bar will be selling this evening,
the fruit stall up and ready for business,
a quick look at the structure in the carpark,
the inside, plenty of grapes this week,
the sushi stall ready for the off,
and Diana will be calling here this evening for our evening meal,
although the general lights were on, things were a bit dark as none of the stalls lights were on,
I continued to walk down hill to the pet section,
the up ramp ready to go,
not many customers so far this evening,
new for this week, small mammal traveling homes,
the aquatic store owner as happy as ever,
sunset over the market,
the down ramp also ready to go,
walking back on the other side of the covered section, a similar structure was being built on top of it,
I made my way back to the bar,
where one of the stalls had been set up selling hair grips, 20 baht each, or 6 for 100 baht,
the other stall selling shoes,
then the first of two pleasant surprises, firstly Brian had returned from America, so we had a lot to catch up on, so much in fact when Diana arrived we forgot to take a picture! after saying our farewells a second surprise, we bumped into Alex and Alec,
so naturally we had a wine or two, after saying our goodbyes,
it was time for our evening meal,
a high protein diet for tonight, roast duck and chicken,
'Cheers!', we listened to music for the rest of the evening, and then for us we were off to bed.
