Diana Was Already At Work,

when I left,

into a bright but windy day,

first on to a number 54 bus alighting at This 'N' That, the antique shop,

I have not seen these for years, a roll top bread bread safe and a egg safe, pre the days of domestic refrigerators,

over the road to Kingfisheries, to drop off some printing and to pick up a cheque,

next a 227 bus to Bromley High Street, into the market square,

and Barclays Bank,

out and past Primark,

no stalls in the square today as it is Monday,

I then came along here,

past LIDL, I will be calling in there later,

also I passed the Churchill, we will be there next week for a performance of Illegal Eagles,

and into here, Robert Dyas, I had checked the Internet and they had these in stock,
a table top tape dispenser, it will make mounting photographs so much easier, the day went down hill fast, "we do not keep those in stock" I had taken the precaution of keeping a screen shot of the dispenser and the 'In Sock' message and price of £4.59, the assistant shrugged his shoulders and that was that, many thanks for nothing,

I called in to Rymans, yes they sell then £6.95 so yes please I will take one, after a visit upstairs, sorry out of stock, just my luck, then my day took a turn for the better, for no reason I decided to call into the card shop, and yes they sold them, and yes they had them in stock, and wait for it, £1.99! I could not believe it!

back out into the precinct where a display was taking place,

I am not sure what it was all about,

but I am guessing local schools,

were asked to make a display,

of flowers in a school desk,

there were a few planted tubs in the area as well, into LIDL, some food and spiced rum picked up,

and I was waiting at the bus stop opposite The Greyhound for my bus home,

arriving at Foxgrove Lodge,

the wisteria putting on a second, but much smaller show,

time to play with a couple of photographs before Diana arrived home, above out of the camera,

and slightly played with,

out of the camera,

and again played with, I have to say I prefer this orchid to the previous one, Diana arrived so first our evening meal before a Deadliest Catch, we then settled down for a Midsomer Murder we had not watched before, after which Diana was off to bed, a early start on Tuesday, for myself a Kenney Everett Video Show followed by a Bangers & Cash before I too was off to bed.
