Ambulance's Are Now Private Vehicles

according to London Parking Control Limited,
Going nowhere: The Royal Free Hospital ambulance after it was clamped. Ambulance manager Clem Fraser said: 'We can prove the driver pulled in at 12.38 and the ticket and clamp were put on at 12.39'
the electric log in the ambulance shows that it was stationary for 1 minute before it was clamped whilst the driver helped a seriously ill patient inside into the kidney dialysis clinic, the clamping company has refused to hand back the £200 "fine" it charged the driver to remove the clamp, how totally heartless.
